Shipping policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders and deliveries made through the HeVy Oy online store.

1. General

HeVy Oy (hereinafter “HeVy”) sells wellness and fitness-related products through its online store at www.mycuffs.fi. All purchases made in the online store are governed by Finnish law and these Terms.

HeVy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

2. Customer Information

Customers may place orders without registering an account. To complete an order, Customers must provide their contact details (name, address, email address, and phone number).

Personal data processing is described in HeVy Oy’s Privacy Policy, available in the online store.

3. Product Prices

All prices shown in the online store include applicable VAT. Prices are determined at the time of ordering.

HeVy Oy reserves the right to change product prices.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide.

Shipping fee: €8.90 per order (within Finland).

Delivery time: In-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.

Available payment methods include:

• Online banking payments
• Payment cards
• MobilePay

Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on bank statements or card invoices and forwards the payment to HeVy Oy.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email containing order and delivery details.

7. Incorrect Delivery and Complaints

If the Customer receives an incorrect or defective product, they must contact HeVy Oy customer service immediately by email or phone.

Defective or incorrect products must be returned to HeVy Oy according to the return procedure. Compensation will primarily be provided by replacing the product with a correct one. If this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

HeVy Oy is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

HeVy Oy is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use.

9. Product Selection

HeVy Oy continuously develops its product range and reserves the right to remove or modify products without prior notice.

10. Consumer Protection and Dispute Resolution

These Terms do not limit the Customer’s statutory consumer rights.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through mutual agreement between the Customer and HeVy Oy. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the Helsinki District Court. Consumers may also submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
